Kathy Valentino is a thirty-year Physical Therapist specializing in Pelvic Physical Therapy for the past seven years. Kathy is happy to create a customized treatment plan for patients with any type or degree of incontinence, pelvic pain including post-surgical pain, spine-related pain, painful intercourse, and oncology related pain. She also works with the prenatal and postpartum population for pain, fitness, and continence issues. Kathy believes also that education is key for helping you to manage your issues independently after therapy and will provide you with as much education as possible regarding the causes of, and management strategies for your concerns. Kathy sees patients for full one-on-one hour sessions in a private setting. Treatment times can be customized if needed.

AMY BENNETT, PT
As a Physical Therapist, Amy Bennett strives to restore the enjoyment for life to all the individuals she has the privilege of working with.
Amy has been a practicing Physical Therapist for close to 25 years. She graduated from East Carolina University in 1994, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. She hassince practiced and learned valuable manual therapy skills that are within the Ola Grimsby Institute principles, and Barnes Myofascial Release Techniques. She has had the opportunity to work in a variety of different settings, including home health, chronic pain clinics, sports medicine facilities and outpatient treatment centers. Currently, Amy incorporates the principles of yoga, pilates, and pelvic health into her treatment regimen, as she believes that it is essential for the body to have optimal core stability to heal properly.
Amy enjoys singing, interior design, professional organizing, and spending time with her husband and two beautiful “miracles”.
