PILATES REFORMER CLASSES

During a group reformer class, a certified Pilates instructor leads students through a safe, challenging series designed to strengthen and condition the entire body. The reformer offers all the benefits of Pilates, including overall strength, flexibility,coordination, and balance. These things, in turn, lead to daily life improvements like better posture, graceful and efficient movement, and for many, relief from pain associated with physical imbalances such as back pain. (45 minutes, 5 spaces per class)​

Combining essential mat work with the benefits of the Pilates Tower equipment, this class is ideal for students of all levels. Through a system of springs and bars, the equipment supports the body to ensure proper stabilization and positioning, while providing added resistance for strengthening, toning and lengthening muscles. (45 minutes, 5 spaces per class)

pilates prenatal classes

This specially designed prenatal course is safe and gentle for the expecting mother. Using special techniques for the pregnant woman, Pilates will help stabilize areas as well as help strengthen, tone and maintain flexibility. Pilates will also help strengthen and gain control of muscles used in delivery. (45 minutes, 5 spaces per class)
