Beginner/Level 1
Brand new to yoga or looking to slow down a little? Class includes a focus onproper alignment and sequences that build strength and flexibility. Modifications are offered to support or challenge students, as needed, with the intention of heightening the student’s awareness of their body, breath and sense of self. (2 tickets)

Level 1
Yoga I introduces beginning and continuing students to principles of alignment and breathwork, primary poses and yoga basics, including use of props. Emphasis is on standing poses and opening the shoulders. (2 tickets)

LEVEL 1/2 – Intermediate
These more challenging classes continue to build on poses that are the fundamentals of yoga requiring a bit more strength, flexibility, and balance. For continuing students who have a good understanding of alignment principles and seek more instruction in inversions (handstand, forearm balance). Revolved poses, backbends, and core strength will also be emphasized. They continue to show modifications and use of props ensuring more difficult postures and sequences are practiced safely and effectively. (2 tickets)

Power
Power Yoga is an all encompassing form of yoga enhancing strength, power, flexibility, and cardio endurance. Students will learn to connect their breath and movements all while calming the fluctuations of the mind. The room will be heated to allow the muscles, tendons and ligaments to move more freely from pose to pose. The class is based on a traditional Baron Baptiste sequence, incorporating flowing movements, long holds, arm balances, and play. This challenging class will be sure to leave you feeling detoxed and ready to endure what the world has to offer, on and off your yoga mat. (2 tickets)

Gentle Yoga/Back Care
This is a beginner class or for those looking for a slower, more gentle and relaxing practice. Suffer from an achy lower back? Stiffness or pain in your upper back or neck? Join Kristi for a class focused on gently releasing back tension and discomfort. Ideal for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. (2 tickets)
Align & Flow
Breath and movement are linked together in this mindful, therapeutic practice that incorporates alignment and vinyasa flow. Expect to build heat, release mental and muscular tension, and finally settle into deep relaxation. Open to all levels, beginner to advanced. Modifications offered to suit each individual practitioner. (2 tickets)

Prenatal/Postnatal
Prenatal and Postnatal yoga classes are specifically designed for the journey of pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Conducted in a calm, peaceful environment, Kristi will help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort.
Yoga can also alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica. For postpartum moms, yoga will rebuild strength in the abdomen, back and pelvic muscle; while releasing tension in the shoulders and neck; and opening the chest. ($12 per class)

Mommy (or Daddy) & me!
Parents and children (babies through preschool age) are welcome in this come-as-you-are yoga class. New moms will find strength and rejuvenation, time to bond with baby on the mat, and a community of other new moms (or dads). Parents of older children will have the opportunity to get in a good yoga practice while little ones either join in the yoga or play quietly alongside! Nursing, bottle, and toy friendly environment. Classes will include chanting, stretching, strength building, and relaxation.
Restorative
Restorative yoga is a gentle, supported opportunity to truly rest your body and your mind. A wonderful complement to the more active practice of yoga, restorative yoga uses a passive sequence of poses, supported by bolsters, blankets and other props. The practice of restorative yoga is meant to provide a safe space to deeply relax your body, quiet your mind, counteract your body’s response to stress and balance your energy so that you are able to meet your life feeling refreshed and relaxed.
Restorative Lite is a weekly, one hour class (2 tickets). Restorative Yoga Retreat is two hours of BLISS 1-2x a month! (4 tickets)
